Austin's favorite bedtime song for years was the "A,B,C,D" song (The Alphabet Song). Jackson picked up on it and requested it for a while too. Nowadays I usually just ask, "Who wants a song?" Jackson will shout out his request. Austin says he doesn't want a song.
Jackson's request these days is "Over the Rainbow." I sing the Wizard of Oz version. Jackson occasionally asks for "another Over the Rainbow" so I am guessing Willis sings the Iz version.
