Finally, our last window is finished! We replaced all of our windows. 13 new windows and a new sliding glass door. It was promised to be complete by Memorial Day last year. Willis made so many appointments that were repeatedly cancelled by the window guy. Escalating the issue and scheduling directly with the installer finally got the job done. Only 9 months later than expected. Our new double pane windows now keep our house much more quiet and they look so much nicer than the old termite eaten ones. We are very happy and wish for no more home improvement projects for the rest of this year!
