I signed Austin up for a sewing class at Jo-Ann's. He learned how to cut out and hand sew felt keychain charms. He made a crown, hot dog and hamburger (he ran out of time to make the mustache). I can't wait to sign him up for a sewing class to learn how to use the sewing machine!
He made friends and chatted with the two girls across the table. At one point I could hear them talking about the movie Inside Out. I talked to the mother of the girl across from him and found out that her son, Elijah, is in the same grade as Austin and plays on the Hollywood Dodgers Clippers team that Austin's team has played against a few times already!
